REFUNDS/RETURN/EXCHANGES
-All sales are final. M.Vrie Beauty will not accept exchanges or returns. We only refund items that were incorrectly sent, damaged, or missing from our order. It must be reported 1-2 days prior to order being delivered, however, all orders are subject to being correct and precise.

SHIPPING
-Please allow 2-3 days of processing before your order is shipped. Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. If demand is high it can take 7-10 business days to ship. M.Vrie Beauty will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All products are subject to be in great condition, however, if product(s) is/are damaged when delivered, please submit a inquiry form within 24 hours of product(s) being delivered and we will assist the matter. Tracking information will be sent through our website once order has completely processed.

ORDER CHANGES
-Once your order is processed you cannot make any changes. If your shipping address is incorrect or you want to change your address on your order you can submit a “inquiry” form within 24 hours.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
• How do I cancel a placed order?
-To cancel an order you have placed, please contact us through our inquiry form with the subject ‘Order Cancellation’ followed by your order number and the reason why you want to cancel in the message section.

• Can I add products or edit my order once it’s placed?
-Once your order is placed you cannot add products or edit the original order. You will have to make another order. If this is the case, please contact us through our inquiry form with the subject line “Edit Order” so we can assist the matter.

• What happens if an item is out of stock?
-All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on the website as ‘available’ then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may be high or outweigh the amount of stock we have, we may not be able to restock immediately. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible when an item is in stock and ready to order.

• I have under $1.00 left on my order to pay, but the payment is not going through. Is there something wrong?
-Yes, ALL orders must be over $1.00 for the payment to go through. For example, if you have .50 left to pay the system will not allow you to pay only .50. It MUST be over $1. This is subject to debit/credit cards and M.Vrie Beauty's gift card.
